About SellerMorning

SellerMorning is a product of Seller Morning Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using SellerMorning, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, email us at hello@sellermorning.com.

Subscriptions and free trial

SellerMorning offers monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to your plan features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the monthly fee for your chosen plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to SellerMorning until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already been used. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@sellermorning.com and we will review your case.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SellerMorning responsibly. You must not:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the service to harm, mislead or defraud anyone.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or misuse the service.
  • Use SellerMorning for any unlawful purpose.

Not affiliated with Amazon

SellerMorning is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

Limitation of liability

SellerMorning is provided "as is". While we work hard to deliver accurate and useful briefings, we do not guarantee that the information in your briefings is error-free. You should not rely solely on SellerMorning briefings to make business decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller Morning Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of SellerMorning after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
